Full payment in advance for all orders no exceptions unless otherwise arranged.

Eagle Precision reserves the right to retain, remove, or delay the installation/manufacturing of its property until payment is reflected in our bank account. No sign manufacturing / graphic design work will commence without payment reflected in the bank account.

Eagle Precision reserves the right to adjust item prices without prior notice should it be economically required to do so.

Whatsapp / email approval confirms the order. Confirmed orders are still payable if the order is canceled.

No accounts!!!

All designs created by Eagle Precision are subject to copyright and therefore the sole property of Eagle Precision. Using our designs without our written consent will result in legal action against said client and design usage fees will be payable. Any watermarked work used without our permission will result in legal action.

Strict lead times on all manufacturing and graphic design orders – manufacturing 5-7 days depending on order size, graphic design services – 3-7 days. Website design – a lead time of 21-48 days for completion.

Design fees are payable on all orders where it is required to assist with designing. Additional design fees will be applicable for any design requests or omissions to designs. 

Eagle Precision will not be held liable for any mistakes or errors on printed or manufactured signage or any other product manufactured and provided. Any omissions and amendments to be made after products are manufactured or printed will be at the cost and responsibility of the client.

Overview

We do not offer a refund policy on any custom orders. Refunds are only for standard signage such as safety signs which can be used in other locations.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Upon approval of your comment, your profile picture becomes visible to the public in the context of your comment.

If you upload images to the website, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the site can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
